This Privacy Policy applies to Clenora (package com.clenora.cleaner). Contact us about privacy at kulangnetworktechnology@gmail.com. This policy explains the information accessed and processed by the app, our service, and third-party SDKs.
| Information | Purpose and handling |
|---|---|
| Photos, videos, and files | With the relevant media or file access, the app scans and displays items for cleaning and organization. Selected deletion is performed on the device, subject to Android confirmation where required. File contents are processed locally for these features and are not uploaded to our service. |
| Installed apps and app usage | The app reads available app names and package information to show the app manager. If you grant Usage Access, it reads per-app usage and network traffic information to provide device and network views. An uninstall action opens Android's uninstall flow. |
| Notifications | If you enable the notification cleaner and grant Notification Access, the app can read the sending app, notification title, text, time, and related metadata. It stores selected notifications in its local database and may dismiss them according to your settings. Notification contents can contain sensitive information. This reviewed flow does not upload notification contents to our server. |
| Device, network, and app information | After the app's consent flow, an app-configuration request sends available device model and manufacturer, Android version, screen information, network type and carrier, MAC address and Android ID where available, language, app name/package, and app version to our service. The server can also receive the connection IP address. Our service processes the request without retaining user data. |
| Events and identifiers | After consent, app-use and performance events go to our event service and Meta Facebook App Events. Event fields include feature actions, Android ID, local IP address, device model, Android version, network type, locale, and app version. Our event service does not retain user data. Advertising SDKs may access advertising identifiers and device/network information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. |
| Push messaging | Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) provides a push token after consent. The app stores the token locally; Google may process the token, Firebase installation ID, app version, and related SDK/device information to deliver messages. Android notification permission is requested to show notifications where required. |
Depending on the feature and Android version, Clenora may request access to photos and videos, broader file access for file cleaning, Usage Access for app and network usage views, Notification Access for the notification cleaner, and permission to post notifications. These permissions and special accesses can be changed in Android settings. The app uses internet and network-state access for configuration, app events, ads, and messaging. Declining an optional access can limit the related feature.
After the app's consent flow, configuration requests and app events are transmitted to our service at api.cleanyd.com. Our own service processes these requests without retaining user data. Events may also be sent to Meta Facebook App Events. Google Mobile Ads and its mediation partners process information when ads are requested or shown. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations process information required for push delivery. Third-party providers are independent recipients and handle their data under their own policies; our no-retention statement does not apply to them.
We may disclose information if required by applicable law. The cleaning features do not upload the contents of your photo and video library or saved notifications to our service.
Google Mobile Ads: For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, the SDK can collect or share the device IP address, advertising ID or app set ID, app interactions including ad views and taps, and diagnostic information. Ad requests may involve the integrated mediation partners AppLovin, Mintegral, Pangle, Unity Ads, and Vungle/Liftoff Monetize. A participating partner may process device, identifier, network, ad-interaction, and diagnostic data according to its own practices.
Meta Facebook App Events: After consent, the app sends event names and the event fields described above to Meta for app-event measurement. The integration enables automatic app-event logging and advertiser-ID collection. Meta processes received data under its own policies.
Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations: After consent, FCM provides a push token and Firebase Installations manages a Firebase installation ID. Google can process the token, installation ID, app version, Firebase SDK user agent, and delivery-related information to provide messaging. The app keeps its copy of the push token on the device.
The reviewed app configuration uses HTTPS for requests to our service. Our own service does not persist user data, including configuration request fields and app-event payloads. The app stores preferences, push-token data, and saved notifications in app-private local storage. You can delete selected files through the cleaning features, clear saved notifications in the app, revoke access in Android settings, or clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove app-private data. Files that you choose to delete through Android follow the device's deletion process.
Because our service retains no user data, there is no server-side user record to delete and the app does not provide a dedicated user-data deletion function or request flow. Data processed by Google, Meta, and mediation partners is subject to those providers' retention and deletion practices. You can use Android privacy and advertising settings to manage permissions and available identifier controls. For privacy questions, contact kulangnetworktechnology@gmail.com.
Clenora is not designed specifically for children. If you have a privacy question about a child's use of the app, contact kulangnetworktechnology@gmail.com.
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. We will update the date above and make the current policy available through the app and a public web page. Please review it from time to time.
